Development Manager - £45k to £50k p.a. +benefits - Milton Keynes
Development Manager with experience in managing multiple development teams (over 30 staff) is required. You will be responsible for the detailed and technical design, development and delivery of software projects for multiple development teams. Responsibilities include resource scheduling, project planning, budget, and day to day management of a large team including staff motivation, appraisal and development.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, able to communicate with technical and non-technical staff. You must have an understanding of browser, n-tier and web-service based application development and an understanding of systems analysis and Oracle or other RDBMS. Awareness of project management (such as Prince 2) technology would be an advantage, as would business analysis experience.
